Within the first session, we go in depth to learn how we can best guide you towards living a healthier lifestyle at a pace you are comfortable with. Even if you decide having a personal trainer is not what you want, we will still customize a workout plan for you and walk you through it so you can be sure that each and every time you step foot in any gym you will walk out closer to your goal!
